In the course of fielding a swim team every summer and getting the kids ready for meets, we've developed some time-tested standard operating procedures that ensure smooth running of the team. These are guidelines describing meet and practice protocol, why volunteering is important, etc. We also have a team handbook that describes in excruciating detail all this and more and additionally lists the current Marlins staff members and coaches.
